Sales leads?

What is the best way to get online leads? I’m looking for people who are specifically looking for a network marketing/home business opportunity. I know you can pay for leads, but are they legit?

I was where you are, just 9 weeks ago. I found an awesome generic marketing system which will help you generate qualified leads for any home based business. It will help attract both of the kinds of leads you need:
- Current MLMers who may be interested in something new
- Biz Opp seekers.

Best of all- the system is totally free! Really! They promised if I followed the system that I wouldn’t have to chase leads again, and that prospects would be calling me credit card in hand…and I swear to you- just this past weekend, I had a gentleman call, just to tell me he was signing up in my business! I was floored. I thought it was just hype, but that guy proved me wrong. I have had several e-mails from people interested in joining my business…which was a nice change from getting No, after No, after No….

You can pay for lists of individuals – the value of which is questionable.

I am listed on some websites as a "lead" into the corporation that I work for, and I fend off vendors daily – basically, if my engineers haven’t told me they need it, I ignore cold calls – most professionals do.

More likely, determine what type of individuals you’re looking for, and then customize ways to get to them – that way your efforts are much more targeted, which will make them more effective.

    adWords is great.: http://openadwords.com?=070416

    It’s really simple.

And you don’t have to spend too much money to realize it’s worth it.

    Good luck !

Best way to get leads is through one’s website: these leads are pre-qualified and highly targeted.

Besides since these leads are generated after a prospect customer has landed on your website, the % of sales closure is much more as some persuasion has already been done by your website.

Another way to get leads is from various forums and business networking portals such as LinkedIn or Ryze.

Buying leads is not advisable as same leads can be sold to so many companies and it is company’s luck whoever converts them first.

So far… I haven’t had much luck with ads.

Some experts would claim the old fashioned way of selling products/services no longer apply. (I am one of those people)

Everyone has heard of "Zig Zigler" (or however you spell his name) people are "wise" to the classic marketing approach.

I’d say your best bet is to collect them from your website, but throw away any marketing "howto’s" that were written before the year 2000.

Put up a contact form, explain very clearly that you won’t sell their contact info and contact them *individually* (and respond as quickly as possible)
gone are the days when mass-mailings works.

A lack of trust is the biggest problem, people pretty much expect that you’re trying to pull one over on them.
